Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and RunnerOS LLC ("RunnerOS", "we", "us") for use of the RunnerOS app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The short version
- RunnerOS gives you training guidance — it is not medical advice and not a substitute for a doctor.
- You run at your own risk. Listen to your body and stop if something hurts.
- You must be 18 or older to use RunnerOS.
- You own your data; we only use it to run the Service (see our Privacy Policy).

RunnerOS provides general fitness and training information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified physician or healthcare professional.
- Consult a physician before starting, changing, or intensifying any exercise program — especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have been inactive.
- Running and exercise carry inherent risks, including injury or, in rare cases, serious harm. You assume full responsibility for your training decisions and your safety.
- Plans, paces, predictions, and "readiness" or "fatigue" indicators are estimates generated from the data available — they can be wrong. Use your own judgment and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress.
- If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Who can use RunnerOS
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@runneros.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the Service — for example, don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use it to harass others or infringe anyone's rights.
Community content — zero tolerance for abuse
RunnerOS lets you create and share content with other people in your running groups — group names, your display name, run plans, notes, and kudos. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's rights, and not to abuse, bully, impersonate, or harass other members.
By using any group or community feature you agree to these terms. We moderate this content: text is screened before it is posted, you can report any content or member and block abusive users directly in the app, and group admins can remove members. We review reports and act — including removing content and ejecting or banning users — within 24 hours. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with no refund.

Your content and data
You own the content and data you add (profile, runs, journal entries, and any form-analysis videos you choose to record). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. How we handle your data — including health and location data — is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data any time in the app.
Connected services and devices
RunnerOS can connect to third-party services and wearables (for example Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and running watches) at your choice. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect them at any time.
Payments
RunnerOS may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. If it does, the price, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown before you purchase, and payments are handled by the applicable app store (Apple or Google) under their terms. Any such terms will be added here before paid features launch.
Service provided "as is"
We work hard to make RunnerOS useful and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunnerOS LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your training decisions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
